All you have to do is share your success story and direct anyone you know who may benefit from physical therapy to our office using the "Care to Share" referral card. By putting your name on the bottom of the referral card, we will be able to track how many people you have referred to our office. Each month we will total the referrals, and whoever has had the most people walk through the door will be named the winner in our monthly "Care to Share" Contest and receive a gift.
