The “Feel Good” Experience.

Patients love visiting our clinics for so many reasons. Those who have been to other physical therapy centers say that we are more caring, more compassionate and far more attentive to their needs. That’s because we understand that people in pain need, more than anything else, to feel good again. They want to return to function so they can have their lives back. By combining our collective skills, training, knowledge and experience, we also achieve better results for our patients.

Postsurgical orthopedic rehab.

If you have had orthopedic surgery to correct spineshoulderknee or hip problems, you will find expert specialized rehabilitation at CPT, HPT and Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy. We also treat many patients who have had total joint replacement. We personalize treatment to your individual unique needs and focus on techniques that will increase strength, flexibility and range of motion while relieving painful symptoms as quickly as possible. This is particularly important after any kind of orthopedic surgery or a total hip or knee joint replacement.

Exceptional care for back pain.

When you suffer with back painneck pain or spinal problems, look to CPT, HPT and Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy for exceptional physical therapy care. We use a team approach and advanced manual therapy techniques to treat problems of the muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments or any other causes of neck and back pain. These are the soft tissues of the body that, when injured, can seriously limit your function and movement. Hands-on manual therapy, prescribed exercise and traction, combined with select modalities, can get you back to your activities safely and sooner than you might think.

Shoulder & knee injuries.

We are expert at evaluating and treating all types of shoulder and knee conditions including ligament tears, sprains, fractures, dislocations and more. We can also help you with proper stretching, strength training and flexibility problems. Competitive cyclists, runners, golfers, soccer players and football players have all achieved better performance at our clinics. We have enjoyed great success helping weekend warriors and active adults, too, with their shoulder pain and knee pain.

We also treat:

Special programs.

We offer dry needling, Body Sculpt, fall prevention, wellness, work conditioning, sports performance conditioning, ergonomic and work injury prevention programs, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), custom orthotics and custom splinting. We also use kinesiotaping treatments to help change muscle tone, correct movement patterns, and improve posture.
