9. What types of patients will I see?

Columbus Physical Therapy, PC is a privately owned outpatient clinic that sees a variety of diagnoses and cases. We help with: work related injuries, orthopedic & general injuries/pain, athletic injuries, and post operative surgeries. We provide services for: outpatient orthopedics, industrial rehabilitation, functional capacity evaluations, work hardening, custom splinting/orthotics, sports enhancement programs, in-home and assisted living coverage, pre-work screenings, job site assessments, aquatic therapy, and wellness & weight loss programs.

8. How much administration will I be responsible for?

At Columbus Physical Therapy, PC, we have a team of administrators who are solely responsible for scheduling, verifying insurance, billing, scanning & faxing communications.

6. How many patients will I see in a day?

The specific numbers will vary, but we employ a Patient Scheduler who manages our therapists' schedules, utilizing our unique patient list set up. Scheduling stays consistent with the therapist's individual abilities ensuring that our patients see the best results.

5. What will be my quality of life?

We at Columbus Physical Therapy, PC realize the only way to be content at both job and home is through a balance of work and play. At CPT, we provide a stable Monday through Friday schedule with regular hours and a reduced administrative burden. You will receive Paid Time Off upon hire.

4. How can Columbus Physical Therapy, PC improve my skills?

CPT encourages annual continuing education with a provided stipend. The therapists on staff are willing to share a variety of skills and techniques through our mentorship program. Our therapists specialize in a wide range of specialties including custom splinting, myofascia I release, functional mobilizations, kinesio taping, functional mobilizations and manual therapy techniques in Mulligan and McKenzie.

3. What work schedule would I have?

At Columbus Physical Therapy, PC we work Monday-Friday with NO weekends! We have regular clinic hours from 8am to 6pm. You start with vacation immediately upon hire and have all the benefits of being a salaried employee. We are closed 6 holidays a year and close early the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve because family time is important!
